Goulburn Valley Health Dental Clinic has been named the 2015 Public Dental Clinic of the Year at this year’s Public Oral Health Awards.
The annual awards, held at the Royal Dental Hospital of Melbourne, saw a competitive field of entrants vying for the title with the Shepparton based clinic taking out this year’s honour.
The awards which have a total of five categories are hosted by Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV).
DHSV Chief Executive, Dr Deborah Cole, said Goulburn Valley Health Dental Clinic was recognised as a centre of excellence by ensuring it is responsive to the needs of the diverse community through establishment of innovative models of care and a broad service profile.
