Can I drop my child off for an appointment?

If the person is under 18, for the initial appointment the parent /guardian/ carer must be present to provide a medical history and other background information. The parent or guardian must also attend at visits when the treatment plan is discussed and sign consent for treatment. For routine appointments, if the person is under 18, they can be accompanied by an adult authorised by the parent or guardian.
