Keynote speaker | Dr Ben Bravery

Dr Ben Bravery was a zoologist and science communicator. Then at just 28, he was diagnosed with bowel cancer. After 18 gruelling months of life-saving cancer treatment, Ben survived and is now a qualified doctor telling his story and advocating for a better healthcare system.

Ben will share his story and shine a light on what needs to change, and how to ensure that clinicians, patients and their families work together to put the patient at the very heart of healthcare.
